Welcome to Hot Cold Therapy Co. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hot Cold Therapy Co. We operate this website and related services to provide a guided consultation-based purchasing experience for premium sauna systems and related products (the “Services”).

Hot Cold Therapy Co is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our Services, including all purchases, interactions, and communications. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy [LINK].

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & REPRESENTATION

Hot Cold Therapy Co is an authorized dealer of third-party manufactured products, including ThermaLux sauna systems.

All products offered are custom-built or made-to-order unless otherwise specified.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product details; however:

  • Actual materials, colors, and finishes may vary
  • Renderings and images are for illustrative purposes only
  • Final products may differ based on customization and manufacturing

We do not guarantee that products will match expectations beyond agreed specifications.

 

 

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until confirmed by us.

Certain products, including sauna systems, are custom-built and subject to separate proposals, invoices, or client agreements.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed proposal, invoice, or client agreement, the client agreement shall control.

 

Custom Orders

Once an order is accepted and submitted for production:

  • Orders cannot be canceled
  • Orders cannot be modified
  • All sales are final, subject to our Refund Policy

You are responsible for reviewing all specifications prior to approval.

 

 

SECTION 4 - PRICING & BILLING

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include:

  • Shipping and freight
  • Taxes
  • Customs or import duties
  • Delivery coordination or installation-related costs

 

For custom products:

  • Pricing may vary based on configuration, logistics, and site conditions
  • Final pricing will be confirmed in a proposal, invoice, or agreement

 

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method accordingly.

 

 

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery are coordinated through third-party freight carriers and logistics providers.

All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Hot Cold Therapy Co is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Manufacturing timelines
  • Customs processing
  • Freight carrier delays
  • Weather or logistical disruptions

Once products are transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer, subject to applicable law.

 

 

SECTION 6 - DELIVERY, INSTALLATION & SITE RESPONSIBILITY

Due to the size and nature of sauna systems:

  • Delivery is not standard parcel or turnkey installation
  • Most projects require crane services, contractors, and/or electricians
  • Final placement and installation are performed by third parties

 

Hot Cold Therapy Co:

  • Provides guidance and coordination support
  • Assists with delivery planning

 

Hot Cold Therapy Co does NOT:

  • Perform crane operations
  • Perform construction or electrical work
  • Guarantee third-party performance

 

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Site preparation (foundation, access, utilities)
  • Hiring qualified contractors and service providers
  • Coordinating crane or lifting services
  • Ensuring delivery access

We are not liable for issues related to site readiness, contractor work, or installation outcomes.

 

 

SECTION 7 - MANUFACTURER & WARRANTY

Hot Cold Therapy Co is a dealer and distributor, not the manufacturer.

All products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policies.

In the event of defects:

  • Claims are handled according to manufacturer terms
  • Remedies (repair, replacement, etc.) are at the manufacturer’s discretion

We will assist in facilitating communication and resolution but do not guarantee specific outcomes.

 

 

SECTION 8 - RETURNS & REFUNDS

All custom-built and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your purchase is a custom product
  • The order is final once submitted for production

Returns or refunds are only available where explicitly required by law or outlined in a separate written agreement.

 

 

SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our Services may involve third-party providers, including:

  • Manufacturers
  • Freight carriers
  • Contractors and installers

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party performance
