Returns & Refund Policy

At Hot Cold Therapy Co, all sauna systems are custom-built to order based on each client’s specific design, configuration, and preferences.

Due to the fully customized nature of these products, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail purchases.

 


 

All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed and production has begun, all sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations after an order has been submitted to production
  • Each sauna is built specifically for your project and cannot be restocked or resold

We encourage all clients to review their design, specifications, and project details carefully before confirming their order.

 


 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests for changes or cancellations may be considered only if production has not yet begun.

  • Once manufacturing is underway, no modifications or cancellations can be made
  • Any approved changes prior to production may be subject to additional costs or delays

 


 

Manufacturing Defects & Warranty Support

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or product issue:

  • All claims are handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policies, including those provided by ThermaLux
  • Resolutions may include repair, replacement parts, or other remedies at the manufacturer’s discretion

Hot Cold Therapy Co will:

  • Assist in facilitating communication with the manufacturer
  • Help coordinate resolution efforts
  • Advocate on your behalf throughout the process

However, we do not manufacture the products directly and cannot guarantee specific warranty outcomes.

 


 

Damages During Shipping

If your order arrives with visible damage:

  • Note all damage on the delivery receipt before signing
  • Take photos and notify us within 48 hours of delivery

We will work with the freight carrier and manufacturer to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.

 


 

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their custom nature, the following items are non-returnable:

  • All custom sauna systems
  • Made-to-order configurations
  • Special-order components or materials

 


 

Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a custom-built product
  • Project timelines, specifications, and logistics have been reviewed
  • Installation requirements and site conditions have been considered
