Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Hot Cold Therapy Co, each sauna is a fully customized, made-to-order installation. As a result, our shipping and delivery process differs significantly from standard eCommerce purchases.

We work closely with our manufacturing partners, including ThermaLux, to coordinate a guided, high-end delivery experience from production through final placement.

 


 

Order Processing & Production

All sauna systems are built to order based on your selected configuration, design, and specifications.

  • Production timelines typically range from 6–12+ weeks, depending on the model, customization, and manufacturing schedule
  • Timelines may vary based on demand, material availability, and international logistics
  • You will receive updates throughout the process as your order progresses

 


 

Shipping & Freight Coordination

Once production is complete, your sauna will be prepared for freight shipment.

  • Shipping is coordinated through third-party freight carriers and logistics providers
  • Transit times typically range from 1–4 weeks, depending on destination and routing
  • Delivery is scheduled in advance and coordinated with the customer and relevant site contacts

 

Please note:

  • Shipping timelines are estimates only and may be impacted by port delays, customs, weather, and carrier scheduling
  • Hot Cold Therapy Co does not directly transport or deliver products

 


 

Delivery & Site Coordination

Due to the size, weight, and installation requirements of our sauna systems, delivery is not standard curbside or white-glove delivery.

In most cases:

  • Saunas are delivered via freight carrier to a local site or staging location
  • Final placement typically requires third-party crane services or specialized equipment
  • Customers will need to coordinate with licensed contractors, electricians, and/or installers for final setup

 

Hot Cold Therapy Co will:

  • Provide guidance on delivery planning and site preparation
  • Assist in coordinating timing between freight delivery and installation
  • Offer recommendations for equipment and setup requirements where applicable

However, we do not directly perform or manage crane operations, construction, or electrical work.

 


 

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a successful delivery and installation, customers are responsible for:

  • Coordinating any required crane services or specialized lifting equipment
  • Hiring qualified contractors, electricians, or installers as needed
  • Ensuring the site is properly prepared and accessible for delivery and placement
  • Being available for scheduled delivery and coordination timelines
  • Inspecting the shipment upon arrival and noting any visible damage

 


 

Delays & External Factors

Due to the custom nature of our products and reliance on third-party manufacturing and logistics, delays may occur.

Hot Cold Therapy Co is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Manufacturing timelines
  • International shipping or customs processes
  • Freight carrier scheduling or transit issues
  • Contractor, crane, or installation scheduling
  • Weather or unforeseen logistical disruptions

We will always communicate proactively and advocate on your behalf throughout the process.

 


 

Damages in Transit

If your order arrives with visible damage:

  • Note all damage on the delivery receipt before signing
  • Take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will work with the manufacturer and carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 


 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on location, product specifications, and delivery requirements.

These costs will be clearly outlined during your consultation and included in your final proposal.
